Pour is a hazed pink strawberry red, with a nice 1/2 inch pink white head. Aroma of tart, sour cherry and strawberries. Some sweetness to the cherries, really soft and natural nose, very engaging. Taste is string tart acidity, very forward in the taste. Beyond the sour tartness is some earthiness, though sour is the story. Really nice, aged out nicely. Palate is thin and brief. I loved the nose, taste a bit less. Thanks for sharing this one Eric! DSG (1515), Tel Aviv, Israel
