Bottle thanks to jtclockwork! Pours clear orange, medium kinda fizzy off white head, dissipates fairly quickly leaving good residual and decent lacing. Aroma is funky horse blanket, basement must, lots of oak. Flavor is dry, light tart and medium funky, a bit of sharp mustiness, lots of good bretty yeast character, a bit of fruitiness and tons of oak, kind of a green apple note as well. Finish is dry and dusty. Medium body, soft carbonation. Pretty tasty.

Bottle from Bu11zeye. Pours hazy gold with a foamy/fizzy white head. Aroma is fruit(a hint sour) and earth. Near med body. Flavor is moderately sour fruit and earth which seems a bit yeasty. Very smooth. With time it suggests grapefruit rind. Sort of.

Bottle courtesy of Zakdad at RBSDADG 2014. Pours a deep golden amber body with thin tight white bubbled lacing. Aroma is sour fruit, mineral and dusty basement. Mouthfeel is nice and slightly effervescent with notes of minerals, cheese, dust basement and funk.

Bottle from Fiulijn, and a million thanks because this is the stuff that rocks my world. Appearance 4 hazy orange, actually quite a delightful looking pour with a small head at first, has quite a bit of carbonation and the cork had a really healthy sounding pop. Intoxicating aroma!!! Perfect 10. Blood orange peel, bright hoppy diamonds and stardust with a gin martini finish. Can’t stop nosing it...body 4, light, soft effervescence alive, lively fruit and juice middle balancing and offsetting the astringency, which is an awesome feature with underripe starfruit, sucking dry the apricot kernels and cherry pits till the last tendrils of fruit meat are clinging to the stones and a satisfying bitterness ensues...Honestly I live for superlative amazing transcendental beer like this. Happiness in a bottle.

Bouteille. Bootlegger (Paris). ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
