Bottle at Bruce’s, London. Huge thanks to Bruce for this new Boon. Pours hazy gold with a light, creamy white head. Nose holds lots of grass and some funky citrus. Tastes great, good sour tang, moderate grassy bitterness, some citrus and tropical fruits, mellow funk. Light bodied with fine to average, massaging carbonation. Grassy bitter finish, nice sour bite, some fruits, lemon and other citrus, touches of pineapple. Great balance, very drinkable.

Bottle, cheers Craig. Barnyard funk on the nose. Plain funk, slightly bitter, not much complexity.

Bouteille 375ml.

Pale golden, murky faint and slightly watery. Tart pineapple. Faint limey bite. Aged sultry sweet. Linger is a bit perplexing bath water soapy, but only make you swig again shortly after. Then back to the tart party.

Bottle thanks to jtclockwork! Pours clear orange, medium kinda fizzy off white head, dissipates fairly quickly leaving good residual and decent lacing. Aroma is funky horse blanket, basement must, lots of oak. Flavor is dry, light tart and medium funky, a bit of sharp mustiness, lots of good bretty yeast character, a bit of fruitiness and tons of oak, kind of a green apple note as well. Finish is dry and dusty. Medium body, soft carbonation. Pretty tasty.

Bottle from Bu11zeye. Pours hazy gold with a foamy/fizzy white head. Aroma is fruit(a hint sour) and earth. Near med body. Flavor is moderately sour fruit and earth which seems a bit yeasty. Very smooth. With time it suggests grapefruit rind. Sort of.

Bottle courtesy of Zakdad at RBSDADG 2014. Pours a deep golden amber body with thin tight white bubbled lacing. Aroma is sour fruit, mineral and dusty basement. Mouthfeel is nice and slightly effervescent with notes of minerals, cheese, dust basement and funk.
