Maybe one of the best gauze I’ve tried out. Super clean and complex. Great sourness! I really enjoyed this beer, and I want more.

aroma is barnyard funk and a sourness. extremely clear and orangish hue. nice head formed. taste is light, crisp, and tart. detecting some sour green apple. a bit of funkiness and sour on the finish. wouldn’t say its extremely sour. just balanced enough to make it easy drinking. not the most flavorful though. seems a bit 1 dimensional. would drink again but probably not at $10 for a 12.7oz bottle.

Bottle 37,5 cl, BBE 12.4.2021. Cloudy copperorange in color with thin white head. Sour, barnyard, sour apple, fresh with some vinegar as well. Loads of sourness, tart and fresh apples in taste. Sligtly sweet, but nonetheless very sour, crisp and tasty. Sticky mouthfeel. Nice, slightly sweet and sour fresh apple in aftertaste.

Pours hazy golden. High fluffy white head. Aroma is very sour, yeast, grape fruit. Taste is sour, apples, ripe fruit, lively sparky feeling in the mouth. The finish is nice and leaves a sticky feeling on your teeth.

The nose was a bit shy on opening but opened up over time. Nice citrus zest notes and traditional funk. Medium-bodied with nice spritzy bubbles. Copper verging on apricot in color. Beautiful sour notes--enough to notice but not overpowering; citrus zest flavors with a hint of leather and copper penny. A very pleasant surprise-purchased on the recommendation of a shopkeeper who knows I love gueuze.

375 ml bottle. Aroma is kind of metallic with a lot of citrus, mostly grape fruit. Taste is heavy with grape fruit, nicely balanced. The taste was pretty harsh at first, but got smoother with increased temp/flatness.
