375ml bottle from 2010. Hazy gold with a creamy slightly off white head. Competing aromas of Belgian candied sugars, funk, light oak, sourness, some wet blankets, and lemons. Moderate carbonation and body, quite tart and dry, nice lemon and funk on the finish. Fresh and well balanced without destroying the palate.

750mL bottle pours a clear golden orange with a large white head. Aroma is mellow and inviting, vinous, horse blanket, and hay. Taste is smooth light mellow yeast funk, hay, tart but not overbearing, laid back sour, and lemon. Really well balanced and extremely enjoyable!

Woohoo! Strong sour aroma from the beginning. This is great. A strong funky sour flavor and aroma that makes your mouth do funky contortions. Excellent.

Shared bomber with sherm1016...thanks! Hazy yellow with thin white head. Initial nose is hint of hops and lemony / sour edge. Similar initial taste; definite gueuze / sour edge with lemon / sweet hints...very tasty.

Not the most sour but sour enough, good stuff. I have difficulty describing lambics, its lambic.

From Nathaniel’s - yeah! Hazy dark yellow, think filmy head. Quite a sour yeasty nose with some apple. Starts very sour with hefy carbonation. Both dissipate fairly quickly and give way to some body, and something of a woody dry finish. Very enjoyable. I think may be my first of the style.

37 cl bottle from de bierhal Eine. Gold light orange color with small white head. Aroma of oak wood, apple. Very sour typical Belgian Geuze. This is my favorite Geuze. ****

Pours a slightly hazy light amber color with a smallish white head. Nose is has a little citrus in there and seems a bit sour - there’s also some champagne note to it. Taste is quite dry and just a tad sour. A bit harsh from the acid, but not bad...
