37.5cl corked bottle. Hazy orange pour with large loose white head that rapidly dissipates. Nose of cheesy smelly socks, lemons, some damp wood. Palate is slick and easy drinking with a notable sour lemony taste and dry astringent finish. A fine geuze.

Bottle. Hazy golden pour, white head. Grass, tart lemon, leather, barnyard funk, dry, and a fair amount of acidic sourness. Really nice, and a welcome change from American sours.

Probably 2012vintage now from 1-3 years old lambik. Aroma isnt nearly as sour and sting as gueuze normally is. taste is more to buttermilk than whey. Good balance with the apples and some ale characteristics. Very mouthfylling. Incredible for a new blender
