375ml bottle from 2011/2012. Very carbonated. Pours hazy golden orange with quickly disappearing white head. Aroma sour, horse, lemon. Taste tart and bitter at the back of the throat. Lingers for a while. Very nice! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Beautiful lemon and oak aroma. Puffy and light in texture. Like an awesome apple cider vinegar in a way.

0.375l corked bottle. Shiuld be perfect for a hot lazy Sunday afternoon watching the Wimbledon final huh? It pours a great looking glowing honey-orange colored body with a small light bubbly white head. The aroma is fruity and dry-sour. It can in some way remind me a bit of manure that has been added paint thinner - only in a good way. Also it’s tones of leafs and sour lemons. It smells really nice indeed. The taste is sour with not ripe lemons, it’s fruity with gooseberries and white currants. Has a nice oily texture with a average+ carbonation level. Lot’s of grapy citrus all the way and there is also some green apples and sour nectarines going on here. So refreshing! 08.07.2012

12.7 oz corked and caged green bottle; 2011 vintage. Pours hazy gold with a medium off-white head with decent retention. Aroma is barnyard funky, vinegar, citrus powder drink, minerally. Taste is mouth-puckering sour, acidic, a bit savory with a dry finish. Pretty awesome, although it doesn’t set itself apart from a lot of other quality gueuze’s out there.

Pours an enchanting apricot hue with a vague blush, with a bubbling white head. Lovely aroma, I mean just really pleasant. Marmalade and rose petals, citrus zest. Meyer lemon sweet/sour balance, dry and acidic. Really nice beer.

citrus, dough, barnyard, cheese, earthy, woody, golden, amber, hazy, minimal head, white foam, light sweetness, lightly bitter, heavily sour, light body, slick feel, average carbonation, long finish Pours is golden amber with medium high white foam. Aroma: in a word, funky. Acidic dryness hits the nose along with citrus barnyard, earthy/woody (moldy cheese?) and bread dough. Taste is sharply sour with a hint of sweetness (reminds of cider vinegar marinade). Bitterness is different as well - hard to describe, but old wood flavour comes to mind. Thin bodied with an average carbonation. Slightly slick mouthfeel and dry dusty finish that lingers. Sample from 750ml bottle for tasting.

375ml bottle. Golden with small, white head. I notice lively carbonation. Nose : citrus, cheese, hay, vinaigrette, apple, nuts. Herbal notes as well. Sip : dry citrus and clove bite. Reveals some unusual vanilla and tabac flavours. It lasts a good while with dry and fruity aftertaste. Surprising.
