Cidery, slightly funky aroma. Clear, light gold. Not much head. Tangy, understated, a little peppery, not bitter, slightly sweet. Lightish body. Spritzy cider mouth, a strange but pleasant cedar turn. Very drinkable. On tap, Baby Proof.

Pours golden straw colored with thin white head. Aroma lemon, cotton candy, grass, sour. Taste is peach, lemon, funk with dry finish. Body is thin, but standard for style. Overall, good gueuze but more unidimensional than, say, a Cantillion. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at Borefts. Pours golden with thin foam. Smell off yeats, sour, apples, citrus. Taste is really fresh, sour and sweet and the same time. Combined with a nice sour. Very complex, awesome!

Great white foam, thick but disappearing like on most sours. Lovely aroma but it's the flavor that hits you. Very balanced with a great mouthfeel and a long lasting taste.
