draught@Solothurner Biertage 2009 - dark black colour with a long lasting beige foam; beautiful lace on the sides of the glass; some lactic notes, roasted black chocolate aroma; slightly metallic; subtle but solid carbonation, medium-bodied; quite dry and decently bitter finish where more roasted chocolatey notes can be met
