An excellent session bitter. Pale amber colour. Fresh grapefruit aroma. Good balance of fruity and bitter elements in the flavour. Clean, dry finish with a good hop bite coming through strongly. Not too complex, but clean and refreshing. I could certainly envisage drinking several pints of this at a sitting. Cask (gravity), London Drinker beer festival.

Warning! Early amateur rating! On tap at the Sun Inn, Kelvedon. Reminds of Oakham JHB somewhat. Nice zesty fruits but with more Clementine than Orange. Not too bitter and very drinkable.

Cask conditioned at Norwich Beer Fest ’08. Hazed copper gold with white head. Really good session bitter, hoppy, light and refreshing, some tea like hops leading to a citrusy finish. Good biscuity maltiness.

Comments: Tartish, citrusy and bready bitter which fails to reach balance due to weak malts.

Cask@GBBF2007. Orangeish amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity hops, caramellish, nectary and slightly woody. Flavour is the same along with some berries. Really bitter thing, but still wellbalanced and refreshing.

Cask at Peterborough Beer Fest. Deep golden. Hay-like hop aroma. Dryish with soft, chewy malt and light body. Finishes with medium bitterness. A well balanced unassaulting bitter.

A Mes rate: Gravicask at GBBF. I must point out I hate tea with a passion. This had so much tea in the flavour and aroma I really couldnt drink it. The most tea flavoured beer I have ever had.

Cask, Peterborough Fest 05. Golden with no head. Aromas are mellow lemon, caramel and pine. Flavours are refreshing and buttery with light pine hops and hints of sulphur. Dry on the finish. I found it to be a bit thin.

Gravity @ London Drinker Fest. Amber colour. Slightly orange aroma. A very nice balance of fine orange and gentle bitterness. Some demerara sweetness. A fading finish lets it down, otherwise a very decent session bitter. Fresh and fragrant.
