UPDATED: NOV 21, 2014 Tap: Essentially black body with some deep mahogany tones near the edges, topped off with a solid, tan layer of froth. Aroma is lightly roasted & heavy cocoa malts with an undercurrent of mint that comes off with mild menthol aspect. The taste is both minty & sweet with creamy cocoa, light roast, a mild milky aspect, & a finish of some sweet mint, faint menthol, & dark chocolate.

Sample at OBC on 5/17/14. Darkest brown pour with a thick tan head. Aroma of peppermint, light chocolate and roast. Minty and chocolatey flavor with a very dry, roasty finish.

Tap. black with small head. Mint is subtle. Thin body for a stout. Despite this, it’s decent.
