Commercial Description:
A rich smooth beer that is brewed in a long forgotten tradition. The favourite of the true beer lover with a malty taste that is slightly sweet and full bodied.

Not a good example of a Pale Ale. Insipid colour, thin, fermentation issues. disappointed.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a slightly hazy golden with a small, rough, white head. Lightly sweetish aroma of fruit bubblegum. Medium-bodied with sweet malts, sweetish fruit and a cardboardish edge. The finish is dry. 030208

Light and slightly hazy body. White head of good size. Not much to say about the aroma - pretty neutral. Very light and fruity in the taste. Short aftertaste.

Bottle (330ml). Poured yellow with a small rocky, off-white head which was fully diminishing. A sweet aroma with honey, banana lollies, sweet malts, wet cardboard and some light butterscotch-like marmalade notes. Flavor was dull and boring with no bitterness. Sweet malts with honey, butterscotch (diacetyl), some mild wet cardboard/corn notes and a hint of orange citrus. Light bodied with medium carbonation, a dry mouthfeel, watery texture and a short finish.
