Commercial Description:
THE thirst quencher! Brewed in the Kölsch style, it’s a refreshing, pale, delicate beer with a frothy white head and a lively aroma imparted by Saaz, Spaltz, and Perle hops.

Tap @ OBX - Gold, thin white creamy head. Soft citrusy wheat and earth aromas. Light wheat bread and earth balance on hints of citric hops. Light bodied with soft carbonation. A well done rendition that’s quite the thirst quencher...

On tap at the brewpub. Pours is clear golden with a good white head. Citrusy lemon-lime nose. Again with the lemon-lime flavor. Not very kolsch like. Medium body. High carbonation. Sweet. Typical American brewed kolsch.

Draft at OBBS on Friday June 13th. Hazy gold. Nose is grainy, lightly hopped and grassy with lemon. Taste is more grains, light Euro hoppiness, soft lemony tartness, buttered biscuit and light honey. Body is soft and crisp. Moderate carbonation. Finish is grains, light grassy hops, bit of yeast and dry malts.

Growler from the brewery courtesy of Maniac. Clear light straw with fine white persistent head. Aroma of grainy light malts with a touch of floral hops. Grainy malt flavor with a bit of fruity yeast character and a dry almost lager like finish with some hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is light with moderate carbonation.
