3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
375 ml stub bottle from Bruisin Ales. Pours a murky brown Little head that fades. Sour. But not too acidic. Strong grape in there as well. If this ages a bit, it might take on sherry traits. Nice right now.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle from bruisin ales in Asheville, NC. Nose is medicinal and sour. Flavor is just not good, not well balanced. Example of how barrel aged sour can go wrong.

Bottle to snifter. Looks alright; a murky amber with some lacing. Smells solid; sweet and sour. Tastes good; a nice, balanced brew with a good mouthfeel. Good stuff!
