Can’t believe I never rated this before... Light golden, nice appearance. Very fresh and clean, American. Citrus, fresh hops, light bitter, dry enough developed. Clean yeast, true to the style and just very drinkable. Excellent summer beer and thirst quenching. Nice. (On tap at Les Trois 8)

On tap @ Les Trois 8 (Paris). Clear golden with a small mostly lasting white head and some lacing. Aroma of floral hops with malt/caramel, light citrus and hints of soap (nothing really problematic though). Taste is slightly sweet with floral hops, a nice malt backbone, caramel and very light bitterness. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Slightly dry finish. Well done refreshing Pale Ale. I wouldn’t mind drinking this on a semi-regular basis.

Bottle at Brewberry. Pale gold body with soapy head. Nose was nice and hoppy. Taste also hoppy, cactus and pines. Soft and overeasy texture. Really nice. Enjoyed this one much.

33cl bottle from La Cave à Bulles in Paris. Pours a cloudy orange colored body with a finger-width, frothy, off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a soapy lacing. Aroma is pretty solid with a bunch of citrus pines and florals. A few resins and just a touch of grainy malts. Flavor is very tongue scraping and dry. Lots of leafy hops without any real complexities. A slight graininess from the malts before this finishes very dry and moderately bitter. Fairly lengthy aftertaste following a medium body and an active, moderate carbonation. Overall, a decent pale ale, but the plethora of hops lack complexity and come off way too dry. Not bad, but not great.

Bottle 33cl, a copper beer with good head. Nose is on US hops such as pineapple. Aroma is again on us fruit hops, dry, with a bitter and even light acid touch. Lot of pine in the body, aftertaste is again very bitter and malty, ok but more for the summer.
