3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy dark amber with a loose tan head. Mild herbal grassy nose. Creamy medium body with soft carb. Toasty earthy grassy mid palate with a mild finish.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bronze body, rocky head. Muted hop nose, perhaps a tad earthy and washed out body. Inoffensive, but pretty forgettable stuff, especially compared to the more creative Fiscal Cliff IPA.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Did not strike me as a double ipa but cool that it contributes to my long running pale strong competition that i care so fucking much about. Nose of sweet sugary fruit notes, oranges, toffee, caramel, dank, floral, a touch of citrus, pepper. Pours orange, thin head, nice color. Flavors of fruity oranges, light citrus, perhaps a touch of apricot, caramel, residual sugar, light bitterness, generic, a little dank, a little floral and black pepper in the finish. Light lingering bitterness. Not bad.
