Dark barrel brown, almost maroon. Viscous, not much carbonation, flat-looking. Wonderful bourbon cherryish. Cherry bourbon body. Wet. A bit of burnt wood and alcohol on the finish. Tasty stuff.

Nice bourbon barrel and wood on the nose. Toasted nutty notes, light roast, chocolate. Smells like a bourbon barrel aged brown porter. Pours dark brown with a thin tan head. Flavors of toasted and roasted malts, sweet bourbon brown sugar and vanilla, woody barrel notes. A little alcohol. Nice barrel treatement, base beer seems a little thin and light for an imperial stout, but nonetheless it tastes really damn good.
