We use an English Yeast in ours to add some residual sweetness, which we believe pairs wonderfully with Texas style BBQ

Tap at Montana Ale Works. Yellow/gold pour with a white head. Aroma has some corn, pale malt, roasted lemon and a light white pepper note. Flavor has corn, wet cardboard, super faint hops. Meh.
