On draft at Tadgs. Aroma: Notes of coffee and bitter chocolate. Flavor: Bitter coffee, plum dark chocolate followed by more coffee. Dry finish. Comment: Hard to believe this is 8%; it hides it well. This and the other bigger brews were served a bit too cold so the aroma was really toned down.

A great looking porter, dark, smooth & with no head of foam. I tasted some red wine & chocolate notes with a bit of a roast finish. It was very easy to drink and I felt you could down it easily and find yourself hammered!

Draught at Tadgs. Dark brown, medium head, orange tint. Cocoa nose, with raisins, fruit, some coffee. Nice fruit flavor, roasty and hop bitterness, good cocoa. Nice.
