Bottle. Pours a little hazy, golden with very small head. In aroma we got lemon zeist, citrus (grapefruit, orange), tartiness, funky and woody notes. In taste it’s citrus and wood, sourness mellow with fruity notes. Low bodied, tart finish. Light carbonated, very oily and smooth. Great beer.

big dry sour Yuzu nose low carbonation. Tart. Refreshing. Excellent. Yuzu works great with a lambic.

(750ml 2013 bottle, lovely share from a good friend!) Pours very hazy orange with a tiny ring of white bubbles. Lots of lemony yuzu peel and a bit of flesh, super intense on the nose. Also lightly sour/lactic smelling, quite herbal, a little woody, with a dusty sort of funk. The palate is really loaded with yuzu character up front - lemon/grapefruit/orange pungency and a little pine/menthol. Some acidity like yuzu juice too, softly lactic as well, very softly sweet underneath. Citrus peel and dried herb bitterness builds in the middle, touch woody, but very little sourness. Finish is dry and lightly bitter, lingering yuzu, herbal, softly funky. Moderate body and soft carbonation. Wow. I love the smell and taste of yuzu so this was right up my alley, very very unique lambic with so much citrus and a reasonable helping of bitterness. Definitely not the most sour lambic, but really drinkable and even quenching. Could be more funky, then it would be world beating.

(from notes) Bottle shared by t0rin0 at the Stuffed Sandwich last week - thanks Bobby! Hazy yellow pour with a slight white head. Massive citrus kumquat nose. Fruity. Slight rind bitterness. Citrus funk. Really nice, though a tad soapy on the front end.

Un magnifique Lambic qui aliie une belle note citronnée à la fraîcheur et l’élégance du Lambic, la bouche est parfaitement équilibrée, longue et harmonieuse. Un régal pour commencer la soirée.

75cl bottle, vintage 2013. Pours golden and clear (poured carefully leaving the sediment in the bottle) with a thin head. Aroma is a lot of citrus: lemon peel/ grapefruit and some mandarins. Taste is very fruity: citrus, and woody. The sourness is quite nice and not overwhelming, the fruitiness tones the acidity of the Lambic down. Light carbonation with medium mouthfeel. Nice Fruit Lambic.

Bouteille 37.5cl, BB 20/09/2015.

375ml bottle. Slight hazy golden shade. Aroma is grassy, peppery, menthol, and with nice yuzu character shining. The acidity of the fruit tempers the sourness. Quite a chewy, slick mouthfeel that the fruit contributes to. Dry finish. I really enjoyed the fruit character here even if it was lacking the wildness I’d like.
