Taster at the source. Pours cloudy yellow gold with a white head. Aroma is sweaty sneakers, citrus. Taste is dry wheat backbone, with some citrus. Slighly sour with some pepper and grassy bitterness in the finish. I know this doesn’t paint a pretty picture, but it’s actually decent.

Fad: Lysegul helt uklar øl med et lille skumhoved. Super duft af citrus og saison friskhed. Utroligt den skærer så godt igennem tunge øl der er gået forude. Virkelig en god overraskelse her sidst på aftenen.

Hazy golden color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of toasted malts, spices, pine, grassy / floral hops. Taste of grassy hops, light spices, toasty malts, drier finish.

Draft at brewery, this beer was interested, rich and sweet thick for a saison. .almost like a Biere de garde. Dry hoppy finish saves it

On tap at Monks. Pours an orange amber haze with a white foam head. Aroma of earthiness caramel and zest. Has a smooth, yet zesty caramel taste with grapefruit and nice hop hit for balance. Did not realize this was a saison. Closer to a pale ale but you know a saison is lurking. Really good for the style.

Tap @ Pudel, Tallinn. Pours slightly hazy yellow with white head. The head stays for a moment. Aroma is sweet, intense citrus, grapefruit, malt. Taste is sour and bitter, grapefruit, lemon, and slight biscuits. Body is rather thin, but finish is long grapefruit bitter. Overall: ok brew.
