Bottle, Batch #8. Pours hazy orange, large white head, good residual and lacing. Aroma is very Bretty, clean funk, damp basement, dust, oak tannins. Flavor is musty, dusty, medium funk, clean though, no cheese whatsoever, dry, almost a fruitiness, oak tannins, low acidity with just a tiny hint of tartness. Light body, soft champagnelike carbonation. Well, holding this one for three years definitely worked out OK. This is a lovely beer.

Light hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, slight funky with orange zest, gooseberries, grape skins, some barnyard, overripe pinepple, light spices and oak notes. Taste is light tart with citrusy notes, some grape skins, very light sweetness with some grain, kiwi and pineapple notes. Light to medium bodied, slightly dry, almost flat.
Very nice, with some carbonation it would be great.
