Bottle shared @ Borefts Pre-tasting. Clear yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, lightly hayish, lightly funky, very nicely melow fruity, peach, slight tangerine. Very nice.

(750ml bottle, batch #8) Pours a clear yellow body with medium white head. Aroma of nuts, toffee, grass, vinous, wood, bread, barnyard, and butterscotch. Flavor of toffee, butterscotch, vanilla, caramel, pineapple, wood, and brett with a dry finish.

Bottle big thanks to Leighton. It pours lightly hazy gold with a small white head. The nose is soft, spearmint, wood, earthy. light vanilla, toasty coconut, funk, cereal, creaminess and vinous notes. The taste is crisp, sour apricot, peach, light menthol, sherbet, some acidity, wood, earthy barnyard, white grape, grapefruit and pomelo. Medium body and low carbonation. Interesting and somewhat unusual stuff. Aroma is pretty odd, but it tastes rather nice.

Bottle. Pours clear pale yellow with a medium, frothy white head, medium retention with light lacing. Aroma is citrus and floral hops with cracker malt and pear esters. Flavor is moderate hops and bitterness with crisp malt, fruity esters, fresh oak and a dry finish. Medium to light body and moderate carbonation.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks Ariel. Cloudy yellow. Funky aroma with barnyard, fruits, cobwebs and oak. Funky yeasty flavor, sourish, a bit sweetish, fruity and bretty, with oak, vinous notes and a dry finish, a bit citric. Medium-bodied. Really good.

375 mL botte from the brewery, rural location, shared at a tasting. Hazy golden, large foamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of pale malt, yeast, tropical fruit, mild wood. The taste is pale malt, lemon, yeast, mild oak. Medium bodied, mild lingering tartness.

Batch #8. This brew pours a cloudy pale golden color with a medium foamy white head that dissipates gradually. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of dank hops, yeast and citrus. Medium-bodied with a delicate floral hops character and flavors of citrus, earthy yeast and vinous oak. The finish is slightly funky with an oak and hops aftertaste. Enjoyable beer all around.
