Bottle (750 ml). From cparles, thanks Chris! Hazy bright golden/orange with a small mostly lasting white head and some lacing. Aroma is of white wine, leathery brettanomyces, light caramel, farmhouse yeast and a very light buttery presence. Taste is mostly of brettanomyces and white wine along lemoney notes, some residual sugar, light caramel and yeasty notes. Light to medium body. Lively carbonation at first that quickly become a moderate carbonation. Winey mouthfeel. Dry, leathery finish. Tasty, refreshing and drinkable. Good balance. Nice pimped Belgian Ale!

Poured from a bottle shared by the cinci crew. Pours a semi-hazy gold with a white head of foam. The aroma is that signature brett, earthy dryness on the verge of tartness. Taste is just barely tart with an earthy sweetness and bitterness. Dry finish. Really a good beer.

Pour from bottle at What the Funk!? 2014. Appearance is slightly hazy yellow-orange pour with a frothy white head and good lacing. Beautifully bretty, slightly funky, grassy, tropical fruit, pineapple, mango, light oak, and spice in the aroma. Taste is fresh orange juice, lemon peel, orange, heavy wood, brett, and papaya with a medium bitter finish. Medium body with high carbonation. I could chug this shit.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks Ariel. Batch #8. Hazy blond with white head. White glue and apple sauce aroma, bretty sour taste. Smooth, mildly sour finish, medium-bodied.

Bottle. Hazy golden in color with a frothy whitish head. Citrus, biscuits, funkyness and wooden barrels in aroma. Nice. Lemon, barnyard, some tart notes and bit of oak in taste. Crisp and refreshing. Simple as that.

UPDATED: FEB 18, 2014 Quelle belle créature! Elle me rappelle une certaine Russian river au nez et à la première gorgée. Foin mouillé, agrumes surettes, vin blanc et cuir s’amusent dans ce délicieux liquide.

Bottle purchased at the brewery. This is delicious and I wish I bought more. Pours golden straw colored with white foamy head. Aroma is lemony funk, peach, vanilla, lacto, biscuit maltyness. Taste is nicely tart and moderately sweet with fruity notes and a light spicy hop backbone. AMAZING.

On Tap at Eb’s Pours a slightly hazy deep golden color with a fleeting off white head that leaves some stickage on the way down. Smells of lemon and funk with bits of wood and bready malt deep underneath. Earthy, bready, lemony, funky flavor with bits of wood. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a tart mouthfeel. Interesting brew. A funky pale on wood sounds like its going to be a mess, but somehow it all melds together nicely and it just works.
