Golden-orange body, medium to large white head, soapy lacing. Tropical fruits, citrus, light barnyard and must, yeast spice. Hippy Brett-Saison with nice complexity. Medium bodied, solid carbonation, bone dry finish.

Lightly hazy, bright light yellow with a large white head and amazing lacing.
Aroma of grass, earthy hops, pineapple, citrus and sweet malt.
Taste of earthy, herbal hops, grass, pine, citrus, melon, tart fruit, tropical fruit and pale malt.
Medium/light body and low/medium carbonation.

UPDATED: JAN 8, 2013 Poured from growler couple hours after filling at the brewery ! Pours a nice orange copper with a nice lacing head. Aromas of fresh hops, citrus, bit of pineapple and a touch of earthy funk. Great wild fruity flavors with nice crisp undertones of bitterness and a touch of lively acidity. Very Drinkable

Draft. Pours lightly hazy gold with a good white head, good retention/some lace. Aroma of fruity esters, light dust, citrus, earth. Taste is bitter, citrus/floral hops, light brett, earth, grain. Palate is dry, oily, bitter finish. Not very funky.

Clear yellow pour with a small white head. Vibrant nectar and tropical fruit give way to mild cheese cloth and funky earth. Dry brett and juicy fruit lead to spicy dough and herbal dryness.

Draft and cask at Churchkey. Big Citra nose from the dry-hopped cask version, along with nectarine, subtle touches of tart fruit. The flavor brings more herbal and floral presence with sage and lavender mixing with the fruit and light Brett kick. A touch sweet on the front of the palate, but finishes nice and dry. Delicious, and wonderful spring/summer brew.

On tap at Meridian Pint before their Allagash and New Belgium event.
Pours a fairly-hazy bright-ish yellow color with a nice bite head and some ringy lacing on the way down. Collar throughout.
The nose has some bright aromatics with a good bit of citrus an some mild pineapple. A touch of cherry and earth behind that. Mild spice. The flavor has some pineapple and other tropical notes. There’s a touch of bitterness and just a slight chewiness. There is a faint, faint touch of acidity as well.
Light-medium body with that nice light acidity and accompanying bitterness. Yet again, Oxbow really kills the mouthfeel. Awesome.

Draft. Pours hazy orange with a thin white head. Fruity and funky aroma with some musky bretty notes. The flavor is fruity, with lighter funky notes, peaches, and a grainy sweetness. Nice.

Tap. Foamy white head on a dirty light rusty body. Touch of fruit spice and Brett, like a weaker Orval in the aroma and not as good. Flavor is decently dry with some grassy hops and a light brett overlay. Medium flatter body.
