Pours a clear color. Aroma is fruit and booze and something else I can only describe as a milky cream. Flavor is similar. Has a smooth body and a hot alcohol finish. Alright.

Drink as Ozeki Regular in a Parisian Restaurant, picture matches but thought this was from Japan ! Served in the classic hot tokkury. Unctuous sake, relative sweetness, good body touch of cooked rice, light sour alcohol notes, oat flakes touch, pleasant sake, good sweetness.

Clear with no hue. Aroma has a bit of rice and boozy lemon. Crisp and smooth with booze and light citrusy tones, very little aftertaste with a bit of booze heat throughout.

Bottle. A- Alcohol, sweet, melons. A- Clear color, clear liquid, no head. T- Alcohol, sweet, apples, melons, fruity. P- Light body, dry texture, average carbonation, crisp finish. O- Tried this both hot and chilled. Both were decent but I did prefer it hot. Slight and subtle green apple and honeydew tones, but otherwise not a lot coming through.

From the bottle at Wah Hing in Rathdrum, ID. Served hot. First things first, I am not an experienced sake drinker; this is only my second sake rating. Clear pour. Aroma consists of soy sauce, rice, hot alcohol. Taste is hot and boozy, savory. Not bad, even though I don’t think this is the highest quality stuff.
