2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours a dark red color, topped with a pink frothy head. Nice black currant aroma, fruity. Taste starts sweet and fruity, followed by nice soury currant taste. Not really beer quality but I like black currant, so enjoyable radler.

0.9 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 1/20
Bottle in Dubrovnik. It pours clear dark red-purple with a small white head. The nose is Ribenia, sweet berry, blackcurrant cordial, sweet citrus and faint graininess. The taste is sweet, syrupy, blackcurrant Ribena, berry and white sugar. Light body, moderate carbonation and syrupy mouth-feel. Doesn’t really taste like beer, more like an artificial soft drink...

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle @ Konzum, Bol, Croatia. Pours red with a medium large pink head. There is no doubt that there is black currant in the bottle. Some lime and grass as well, but mostly black currant. Tastes as it smells, although there is a nice touch of honey which gives this beer a refreshing smoothness. Interesting!

Like drinking fizzy Ribena. Refreshing on hot summer day but not much in common with beer. Drunk from 0.5 bottle in Croatia.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
01/08 A 0.5 l bottle. Completely abundant in my region, in Zagreb it seems to be a common thing. Almost ordered it with a coffee, but more than 2 euros seemed too much for a radler, then few minutes later my gf brought it with sandwiches to the train for Budapest, but no matter, managed to forgot it after 5 days. Anyhow, writing all this to fill the rating, sweet blackcurrant aroma. Flavor was weak, only lightly sweet, artificial anyway, with light berry acidity. Some malts well felt below. Thinner in body with lightly sweet and malty finish. Alright, better than expected, one of the better radlers around, although still nothing I would be happy about.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
50cl bottle in Zagreb (shared with Alexcg). Pours red with a white head. Intense aroma of blackcurrant syrup with a hint of lime. These to overshadows everything else that possibly could be there. Feels a bit like a blackcurrant soda, zero beer flavour, but a nice and light acidity. Quite refreshing and drinkable, but there is nothing here that reminds me of beer. (2013-05-18)
