COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ozujsko Pivo, a blond beer, is Croatia’s leading brand, dating from 1893. The selection of hops and barley gives Ozujsko (5.2% ABV) a refreshing taste and fine bitter aroma. It should be served at 3°C with compact foam.

Note: Dropped from 11.5° and 5.2% to 11° and 5.0% in late 2009/early 2010.

Golden color withsmall head. Floral, yeasty, bready and skunky smell. Not the worst in its style. It’s good when you dont have anything else.

0,5l bottle. Clear yellow color, small white head. Highly carbonated, watery taste. My last choice to drink if anything else is available.

Poured a light golden.color with a white head. Aroma was of corn and grass. Flavor similar, sweet and lightly metallic.

One of those forgettable Mediterranean lagers you drink on holiday because there’s no choice. Slightly sweet with a reasonable body and some kind of bitter finish but carbonation is out of control making it as pleasant on the tongue as drinking tin tacks. There are worse beers (wracks brains...).

0.5l can poured into a chalice. Euro Pale Lager which is I thought is close to a good Pilsener. Nice taste of grains and fresh hops. A: Pale yellow to orange golden color with a 1 to 2 fingers white head which dissipates quickly leaving some lacings S: Nice smell of earthy grains and hops T: Malt and hops are evident. Nice bitter end M: Very light body. Notable carbonation. Very light taste D: Good Pivo. Nice to be appreciated @ hot summer days [ BA Review @ 5/29/2010 ]

Bottle and Draft all over the country. This really is a poor beer. When you go on holiday, you’re usually resigned to drinking pale lagers but this is the first time it’s happened to me since I moved to lager heaven (Czech Republic). I enjoyed almost everyone I drank but that had very little to do with the beer itself.
