Light phenolic flavour towrads a distinct chemical note. Eggy and yet phenolic and roasted malty aroma. Light phenolich yeasty flavoured. Nose of malt, yeast, some cola and berries also. Taste is much the same with hints of wood and spice, ginger in fact. Pretty much what I expected, a run of the mill Bruin. Unclear medium brown color with a average frothy fair lacing mostly diminishing beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, fruit, brown sugar, moderate yeasty, spices. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
