625 ml bottle from gas station depanneur in St. Hyacinthe. Pours a clear golden yellow with puffy white head. Aroma is overwhelmingly creamed corn. Flavour is weak, stale grains and corn. Doesn’t have the harshness of a lot of the slightly higher ABV "drys" but pretty bad in its own right.

Elle n’est pas si mauvaise, mais tout de meme vraiment meilleur que l’originale. Le mieux est de boire cette bière lors d’une bonne brosse apres avoir bu un bon six pack d’une autre sorte de bière.

Can. Bought in Montreal. Seriously, it is a pretty good pale lager. Nothing offensive about it. Corn, and grain, and not much else. Pretty clean tasting. One of the better pale lagers I’ve had.

[3854-20110802] 355mL can. Wet grassy moss grains aroma. Clear, pale yellow brown body with a quick creamy white head. Grainy grass flavour has a lingering grains note. Medium body. Noticeably a little more alcohol. (5/3/5/3/10) 2.6

Can 355 ml
Aroma: dusty , off grainy notes , wet cloth , slight sourness with mineral hint of hops. 4-
Appearance: bright golden , frisky with visible carbonation. Clear. Initial medium bright white top. Short lifespan. No lace.3-
Body , Flavour , Palate and Final Notes: thin bodied. Lack of malt character shown especially in the mid. Fuller bitter sweet walls with dry alcoholic elements on top. Slight hop elements paired with cooked corn. Harsh alcoholic dryness. This is poorly done even for macro.

2011-08-02. Very pale yellow body with a small white head. 3+ Muted pale grains are sweet, very lightly fruity. Flavour is fairly clean, very mild, grainy pale malts, light grassy bitterness. Average to light bodied palate. Meh. Surprisingly inoffensive while chilled. Can from Dep Peluso, Montreal

Metalchopz (1747) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 10, 2011
Originally rated November 2006. Bought this one in a single bottle at the grocery store in the Saguenay region of Quebec. Brewed by Sleeman. Pours a pale yellow colour with a decent white frothy head. Average retention with some thicker than normal lace (for a swill). Bigger bubble active carbonation. Chemical nose and taste. Rust, alcohol, garbage and a dry aftertaste. Pretty bad brew, but at least... nice lacing.

Well, I guess Pabst thought their regular brew wasn’t "dry" enough, whatever that means! So, I guess this one’s all about mouthfeel - it pours with a yellow body, decent head. Absolutely no aroma. Flavour is, well, rice adjuncts I guess, with a bit of a lemon-grain aftertaste. And the mouthfeel isn’t dry at all! You fail, Pabst! I want my dry finish, not some wet rice crap!

Bouteille 625ml.
