Can at some new metal bar in Nashville. Many people on this site has said that this is one of the better pale lagers. I had not had this in ages so I thought "why the fuck not?" Pours pale golden with a white head. Sweet lagery and corny aroma. Light bodied with the typical macro carbonation. Flavor is basically sweet cereal grains and corn. I really struggled hard to pick up any detectable hops. This stuff is really not any better that the other mass produced pale lagers. I did not finish this. Terrible.

While not absolutely repugnant, this beer certainly isn’t worthy of much, excepting college parties and very cheap nights. If you accidentally bought a twelve pack, you can serve it along as a joke with the implicit suggestion that your drinking comrades have no taste. Palate is dreadful, too much carbonation; prickly, I’d say. Not much aroma, though when detectable it’s rather inoffensive. I could definitely taste some corn.

why am I even bothering to rate this beer? I must be drunk. Color: piss. Aroma: sweet piss. Flavor: old piss. Basically, drink a gallon of Milwaukee municipal tap water, then piss in to some cans and call it a beer. Voila! PBR! That being said, I drank my fare share in college and continue to frequent it’s ranks at BBQ’s and house parties. What the hell, pick up a twelve pack for old times sake!

Serving: 12 oz. can. Appearance: Clear, pale gold color with a foamy, white head. The head is gone in seconds and it leaves behind no lacing. Aroma: Grainy with notes of corn sugar and a touch of alcohol. Flavor: Green apple, corn, dry grain, and alcohol. Very watery. This is absolute swill. Palate: Watery with sparse carbonation and a light mouthfeel. Short, alcohol laden finish. Overall: This is complete crap.

I had this beer on tap in a pint glass. This beer had no noticeable aroma and tasted like a odd cross between un-popped popcorn kernels and rice cakes.
