I like PBR, but it would be foolish to try and convince anyone it’s actually good. As far as cheap beers go, PBR is the one least likely to give me a hangover, and taken in 12oz can doses, it is very easy to control how drunk you get. I can’t imagine this actually has 5% a/v, it surely doesn’t pack the punch of (the inferior tasting) Budweiser.

Whadddup. PBR pours gold, white skunky head. Aroma is rust, must, crust, and dust. Flavor is reminiscent of a Midwest cornfield, yesteryear, perhaps a throwback Thursday. Session this shizzle with pride. So mediocre it's scary.

Yup, drinking a blue ribbon. Clear golden. Corny, sweet grain, slightly skunk. It's the stuff that headaches are made of.

Drank by the bottle at Charlie Hunter concert... 5 bucks for a pbr bottle and a shot of bulleit bourbon. Light crisp focused flavor. Balanced easy to drink. Nice bready backbone, straw, grassy bitterness. Actually quite enjoyed these ice cold. Little underlying sweetness that kept me from loving it but will take over BMC anyday.

Not really much to say about this one. Pours clear gold with medium white top. Taste is kind of sweet, corn and hay, nothing too special, kind of watery. I guess an ok beer for casual, cheap drinking but not my choice.

Can. Clear, golden, minimal head, white foam, lightly bitter, light body, thin feel, fizzy, & astringent finish.

Light and delicious. Tastes like corn and the gods. Haters gonna hate though... oh well

Tap at Memory Lanes. I realize it should be out of a can but honestly does it really matter? Piss yellow and head just isn’t happening. Taste is super cereal and malty and I say that just to be nice. Smell is bad. Taste is worse. Not a horrible choice in the right environment but there are not a lot of right environments for this beer. Ugh.

Hipsters love it but that doesn’t make it good. Good option to drink on the cheap if nothing better is available.

Pours a clear straw with one finger of foamy white head diminishing rapidly to a thin skim, no lacing. Nose is corn and grainy malt. Taste follows suit. Light body and watery mouth feel, with moderately high carbonation.
Foul. It doesn’t smell as if there’s something actually nasty going on in there, but it sure tastes that way. Cheap, horrible swill. Actual sink pour territory - I couldn’t finish it. Literally the only reason I tried this was to get the tick in my 1001 Beers list, and I regret it. No joke - do not waste your time by subjecting your taste buds to this. This makes Bud Light or Molson Canadian look like a top-shelf alternative.
