Since 2001, contract-brewed for Pabst Brewing (San Antonio), as Pabst no longer owns a brewery of its own.

Established in Milwaukee in 1844, this is the original Pabst Blue Ribbon beer. Nature’s choicest products provide its prized flavor. Only the finest of hops and grains are used. Selected as America’s Best in 1893.

330 ml bottle. BB 28/Feb/15. (Prisma) Tampere, Finland. Clear golden colour with a small white head. Sweet malt and mild bitterness in the aroma. The flavour is sweet malt. Totally useless beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pale golden color, white head. Sweet malty aroma. Annoyingly sweet flavor with vague malty notes. Light body, medium carbonation. Is this even beer?

Pours clear straw colour with thin-medium white head. Little aroma. Slightly dank hops and a metallic quality. Watery body with lively carbonation. Taste is dry, slightly grainy with a mild bitterness. Very easy drinking and cheap,so it succeeds in what it sets out to achieve, I guess.

355ml bottle. Smooth and grainy beginning. Easy to drink, watery and sweetish. Too much sweetness, nearly no bitterness. Very watery.

On tap. Pours light gold. Subtle malt aroma. Crisp clean lager flavor. Light body with moderate carbonation. Refreshing but pretty bland.

Can. Pours light, clear yellow with white head. Aroma is very lagerish, hay, floral, honey. Taste is light, crisp, dirty, yeasty. Overall, meh.

This is my go to cheap beer. Rating might be a little skewed based on price. It is the best beer you can get on the absolute low price scale.

Hipster cheapie. Flaccid nothing to it but gets you the buzz. A perfect Bronson when on special and local joint. Only do it with the peeps. Otherwise the snobs will shank you. Again just grain n H2O

Can’t expect much from a beer that comes in at under a buck a bottle. Poured into a pint glass from a 12oz bottle. Smells kinda skunkay and has a small white head until it disappeared almost instantly. Color is the same as a morning piss from drinking pbr’s all day and night. Tastes like beer. Like plain old beer. Leaves the after taste of a Willy Nelson concert. Great on a hot summer day. Awesome beer for its price.
