UPDATED: AUG 23, 2008 Pretty blue 12 oz can. Cheap pale lager aroma but not offensive in any way. Ubiquitous pale yeloow lager appearance and there is no sign of sparkling within. Piss and tea froth head. On the first taste, this stuff seems to hide the alky content better than most other ’cheap ice’ beers. At times this stuff even seems to have a malty chocolate appeal to the taste, weird for an ice beer. Decent carbonation tho there is no sign of it in the mug. One of the better cheap ice beers I’ve had the pleasure of tasting. Taste is as mild as many non ice lager beers. Finish is decently acceptable with a tad of cheap lager alky hanging around for a while.

Can shared with mattyb83 in a garage on a 92 degree Minnesota summer afternoon. Poured a golden pale, with an expected amount of head into a plastic cup. Aroma of corn and rotting grass. Light bodied and crisp, the beer tastes reminiscent of most american pale lagers, but with more corn present. Definitely not as bad as expected.

Can from a very generous buddy. Clear yellow hay color that reminds me of a good pee in the morning. Aroma is sweet corn, and really nothing much else. Taste is slightly tinny with more corn coming out. Fairly light body. All together this is much better than bud ice or any other ice beer I can remember trying. It was also a perfect follow up to a Jackie O’s prototype sour blond.

Clear golden color with a thin white head. Slightly sweet taste. Not too bad for an ice beer. I could drink this again.

Pours a clear golden color. Aroma is sweet and grainy. Flavor is mostly of grain. A little bit of a funky aftertaste. Not the worst ice beer in the world. Ice, as in drink ice cold.
