Ungstrup (14757), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 12, 2005 A light yellow beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is sour hoppy - I guess corn has been used. The flavor is slightly malty, but on a sour background from the use of corn, and finally the body is thin. This one was for the number. Hildigöltur (5109), København, Denmark Jun 7, 2005 Canned. Extremely pale coloured. Cucumber aroma. Sweet and light brew mash flavour. Very nice, but thin. Thanks a lot Clark for this great bonus brew! madsberg (4873), Søborg, Denmark Jun 8, 2005 Updated: Jun 9, 2005Canned: My sincerely thanks goes to ClarkVV for sending this to Jacob L, and many thanks to Jacob L for sharing. Ungstrup is to be thanked for housing the tasting where this little gem was served. Not much more to say about this beer. JPDIPSO (4865), Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA Aug 23, 2004 Light yellow straw color with a wisp thin white head. A couple speckles of lace. Peaches packed in synthetic grass aroma. Somewhat like Easter morning. Lightly acid malt flavors coupled with light corn. Very watery and fizzy indeed. This actually would not be so bad to drink cold on a really hot day when working and you don’t want a buzz. Tmoney99 (4660), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Sep 4, 2006 Can. Poured a light clear pale color with a large frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Light no character aroma. Light body with a watery texture with soft carbonation. Light sweet flavor with a light sweet short finish. My expectations were met. ClarkVV (3578), Allston, Massachusetts, USA May 5, 2005 2005 can generously provided by bucknaked, sampled on 4/28/2005. The culmination of one of the best swill tastings of which I have been a part. Just thinking about this beer gives me goosebumps. It’s like the feeling you get when you’ve been fived, only this one gives that wonderful feeling of being point-fived. One whiff of the aroma and you know you are in strange territory. A very sniffable beer, for sure. I sat for a good couple of minutes just marvelling at the sheer force of evil emanating from this sample. It took me a while to nail it down but here is my best approximation. Smells like a brand new 1970’s Buick, pure vinyl interior, with the window’s closed on a hot day when suddenly, someone jumps in the car with a ton of rotten, spoiled rhubarb and smears it everywhere. The vinyl/rhubarb aroma in this beer is priceless. The flavor is something else too. Chemicals and veggies, powdered sugar, though not even that appealing. Sharp, biting, metallic. Every bad quality a beer can have is possibly present here. Overcarbonated, no semblance to beer anywhere, really. Extra light body, pale yellow, no head. Kind of like when you have a 5.0 and it suddenly makes some other beers you previously had ranked highly, seem not quite as amazing. This one makes some .5s that I have given, seem not quite so bad. . . TheBeerGod (3143), Newport News, Virginia, USA Jul 11, 2005 Can, courtesy of BuckNaked. Yellow bodied with a fizzy white head. Nose is sour bread dough, corn syrup and some metallic notes. Taste was not as bad as the aroma. Essentially it was sweetened beer flavored seltzer water. Fizzy feel with corn syrup and light "beer" flavors. Light almost non-existant bodied with lots of fizzy carbonation. Finish is, well, bland and corny. Light metallic notes again. rancid dough, perhaps, as well. Yuck! Jeppe (2638), Ølbutikken, Denmark Jun 10, 2005 A piss yellow beer with a thin fluffy white head. Skunky fruity and maizy aroma. Thin grainy flavor, almost non-existing, which isn’t a bad thing!
