COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Weizenbock is our late spring seasonal lager. As with all of our full-bodied lagers, an extended fermentation and lagering phase create a wonderfully rich, smooth, and mature beer. Significant amounts of wheat and Munich malts are blended to impart a deep golden, slightly coppery hue. Locally grown German hops provide a subtle hop presence to this potent brew. Enjoy in moderation!

lots of malt flavor. healthy amount of wheat - but it doesn’t create the sour characteristic it does in a lot of weizenbocks. solid hop presence. you can taste the alchohol - but it’s not overwhelming. nice golden color - not hazy. exceptionally well balanced and very easy drinking. this is how a weizenbock should be done. just had two of these at pacific crest’s tap room. bought a grizzler of it to take home.
