2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 reebtogi (3267) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - APR 20, 2012
330ml bottle pours a pale straw color with a finger of white head that settles quickly and leaves some very thin spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma is light cereal grains and light grassy hops with a slight hint of citrus. Taste is light malty sweetness with a hint of lemon ending with a light grassy hop bitterness followed up with some metallic notes. Light body with soft carbonation. Exceptional organic lager ... I think not ... ordinary ... Yes.
2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 gramity (1056) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - SEP 6, 2011
Golden colour with a mostly diminishing frothy white head. Grassy and honey aroma. Grassy flavour with a metallic and lightly perfumed bitter finish. Light bodied, watery, and lightly fizzy mouthfeel.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Powertrip (999) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 30, 2011
Single bottle from a 6-pack mixer purchased in Creston, BC on 07/27/2011. Colour: Very, very, very light yellow...with minimal head. Nose: Fresh bread...specifically graham cracker. Bug spray, slight lemon touch, freshly cut grass. Taste: Light sweet, light sour, light sweet. slick maltose and slight creamy mouth. Touch of poppyseed and suttle grain backdrop. Vanilla custard in small traces. Very drinkable.
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 pintbypint (1978) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - OCT 23, 2010
330ml green bottle. Gold colour. Faint white head, some lacing. Sweet malt nose with tiny hint of grass. Flavour starts with some sweet malts, moves into a metallic and grassy hop flavour rather quickly, grassy and haylike finish with minimal bitterness. Thin bodied, medium carbonation. Not that bad for a pale lager, but really not that interesting either.
2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 presario (4406) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - JUN 2, 2010
Gold. There was a white head before I blinked. A lot going on in the aroma; grain, vegetable, biscuit and a touch of skunkiness although the green bottle was in a sealed box. Flavour takes all the fumbled promise of the aroma and assembles it into something worse. Flavour is jumbled, rough, harsh, sweet and unpleasant.
1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 KyotoLefty (4735) - Kyoto, JAPAN - DEC 12, 2008
Bottle from Yamaya in Kyoto. Cheap.
Cereal aroma. Bit of skunk too. Not too nice. Slightly darkened gold color, nice head. Sweet, metallic cereal flavor. Grainy and muddled. Lagging carbonation and mouthfeel. Not horrible, but useless.

1.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20 GregClow (2736) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 16, 2008
Bottle shared with HogTownHarry, blankboy, jerc & tupalev - my bottle, courtesy of pubstyle. Light clear gold with a small white head. Aroma of skunk, grain, and icing sugar - ick! Flavour is very metallic and harsh, extremely unpleasant. Thin body, watery finish. It’s beers like this (and the Amber) that give organic beers a bad name.
0.7 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20 Gorbalev (2823) - Ontario, CANADA - MAY 11, 2008
Bottle shared with Jerc, Hogtown Harry, GregClow, and Blankboy, courtesy of Greg. Oh boy, this one made the ale seem like a Westy. Light yellow, very light, small white head. Awful skunky grain aroma. Harsh taste - tinny, metallic, harsh, and watery. Thin. Terrible.
