Commercial Description:
We have created an exceptional organic lager with an inviting flavor and a clean, refreshing taste. Natureland is brewed with the worlds finest organic malted barley, hops and our own naturally pure spring water. Since beer is 95% water, our organic lager should be described as ultra-organic. Packaging now reflects the beautiful province of British Columbia, showcasing four different territories of this fine province.

Bottle shared with HogTownHarry, blankboy, jerc & tupalev - my bottle, courtesy of pubstyle. Light clear gold with a small white head. Aroma of skunk, grain, and icing sugar - ick! Flavour is very metallic and harsh, extremely unpleasant. Thin body, watery finish. It’s beers like this (and the Amber) that give organic beers a bad name.

Bottle from Yamaya in Kyoto. Cheap. Cereal aroma. Bit of skunk too. Not too nice. Slightly darkened gold color, nice head. Sweet, metallic cereal flavor. Grainy and muddled. Lagging carbonation and mouthfeel. Not horrible, but useless.

Bottle shared with Jerc, Hogtown Harry, GregClow, and Blankboy, courtesy of Greg. Oh boy, this one made the ale seem like a Westy. Light yellow, very light, small white head. Awful skunky grain aroma. Harsh taste - tinny, metallic, harsh, and watery. Thin. Terrible.

Bottle (330ml) shared with HogTownHarry, GregClow, jerc & tupalev -- courtesy of GregClow. Pours a clear pale gold with a small diminishing white head. Aroma of skunkyness and light grassy hops. Flavour: All metal all the time. Nothing else, just metal. Light to average bodied. Awful. Metawful.

Bottle (341ml - green). Shared by GregClow with blankboy, jerc and tupalev. Pale flat-looking gold, wispy white diminishing head. Pretty vile aroma, skunky pesticide-soaked weeds, maybe some cheap sugar water. Taste - good lord - that’s fucking horrible - metal, dead weeds, maybe a little dung for variety - organic? go away and die slowly you goddamn hippies! Minimum score for the rest - metal out of a bottle, way to go, tree huggers.

Straw-colored and exceptionally clear, this is a summer quaffer. Simple, light-bodied, and inconspicuous. Some nuttiness and hints of hop add some character. I tried it once and have never tried it again: that says enough right there.

Green bottle. Pale straw colour with a soapy, rapidly receding head. Stinky wet hair aroma. Bland featureless grainy palate, light-bodied, dry finish. Certainly nothing noteworthy.
