Pacifico, a pilsener type beer, dates back to the beginning of 1900’s. Since 1985, Pacífico has been exported mainly to the West Coast of USA, where it has gained strong recognition.

Hardly a pilsener type of beer as the deScription says, but for a beach beer this is one of my favorites. Clear golden color, thin head, and mild carbonation this beer is great for quenching thirst while baking under the hot sun. I found this brew to have a stronger flavor than most of the Mexican beers I’ve tried.

One of the better Mexican Lagers. Yellow body that is highly carbonated. Good if you are sitting on the beach eating a couple of fish tacos. Makes for a nice lunch beer.

Well, this is a pretty typical Mexican lager...probably one of the better ones IMHO. I have not tasted enough lagers to know all of the taste subtleties but I know the Mexican brands have a ton of unique flavors that make them distinctive. What a great lawn mower beer! Salud!

Bottle. Very yellow body with alot of bubbles. Nose is skunky. Taste is a bit dirty and soapy with some citric notes. Really, the only way I can describe the mouth feel is soapy and basic (in the acid/base kinda way). It leaves an astringent aftertaste.

This was an absolute waste. Nothing special. Pass this bye. I do not know what I was thinking, and , well this was bad.

A drain-pour for sure. This crap is nastE. Had worse though. Pours piss yellow and tastes like most other mexican beers but it kind of tastes like it was made using dirty water or something. BLECH!

Found a couple of these beers in our fridge at work (have I mentioned I love my job). Smooth, with a crisp flavor. Not a bad beer, and one I could enjoy many of on a summer day.

Similar to Corona, some bonus points for the interesting lable. Not an exciting beer, but a refreshing one that is good with Mex. food.
