Pacifico, a pilsener type beer, dates back to the beginning of 1900’s. Since 1985, Pacífico has been exported mainly to the West Coast of USA, where it has gained strong recognition.

Rapid carbonation. White foamy head. Corny glueish nose. Light golden hue. Lacking in everything including flavor. I figured I should drink something Mexican, and I expected it to be almost this gross. Add a lime, and some salt and tequila and its pretty darn good. At least you cant taste the urine in this one...Happy Cinco de Mayo!

UPDATED: AUG 25, 2011 A rather typical and unimpressive pale lager. A definite drain pour. +++Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer pours a really pale color with a small white head. The aroma is mildly sweet and skunky. Bland front flavor and a bland finish. Very little body.

This one falls somewhere between Corona and Dos Equis, but like Bohemia and Negra Modelo, leaves something to be desired in the flavor department... Add that lime that’s attached to the glass.

Yuck! Watery, tasteless, pure crap. Don’t waste your time or money. Just a foul excuse for beer.

12oz. Bottle: No aroma. Golden yellow in color, with no head and no lacing. A little bit of hops in the flavor. Easy to drink; a great beer for a summer day. Overall, a better choice than many other beers to drink in the summer.

Darker yellow pour with a foamy white head and lots of carbonation. Initial aromas are lemon and corn. Following is the wet malt smell I get from a few macros, and just a touch of hops there in the nose. Slightly lemony flavor followed by a rush of mellow malts and finishes up with a bite of bitter hops. Surprised me a little. Not bad at all.

Pilsener my foot (just wanted to get that off my chest), clear, very little head, reminicent of Bud, although it went very well my Mexican food, it cut through a lot of the spices in the food, a bit on the crisp & refreshing side though, it's at least drinkable

UPDATED: APR 26, 2004 Rerate: My friend said this was "fancy corona". I say it's average. Some flavor, not too filling. Very refreshing and clean.

I have shyed away from the Mecican brews at the GF liquor store just because i know they have a rep.of being bad. This one was maybe a slight better then i was expecting.Nice golden color, small fast fading head.Aroma of light malt mabe some lemon or lemon grass and a little sweet. The taste was decent with a nice light malt flavor and mild fruit, with a decent but light showing of hops. Not bad but it could use some help.I guess it would probably go good on a hot summer day.
