Pacifico, a pilsener type beer, dates back to the beginning of 1900’s. Since 1985, Pacífico has been exported mainly to the West Coast of USA, where it has gained strong recognition.

a fair example of mexican beer, dry, thin, swill with an overly annoying carb problem. better than corona, but only a little bit better.

When I drink this stuff, it reminds me of California. Not like I've ever been there but I imagine standing on the beach with a cooler full of these by my side. Good with enchiladas.

I like this beer. Not because it's a classic or a great beer. It just goes nice with a mexican meal. Very drinkable, just don't brag to your friends that you drink this stuff.

Very non-threatening, much like the glass of water I had with it. I guess you could say it went well with the spicy burrito. Then again, I wouldn't have wanted to waste a good beer.....

Some aroma of hops. Appearance is a very light yellow. Not much flavor, use a lime. Thin on the palate. Light, went well with the Mexican food.

A nice beer to kick back on a nice day with. As far as Mexican imports, it is the elite. PLUS, the label makes me think "pirates" for some reason!

This brew poured a small head of white quickly disappearing bubbles that left a light orange colored body behind. Its aroma is mild with hoppy notes. The mouthfeel is initially hoppy with the typical hop bite and a mild hop finish while it is smooth inbetween.

Clear golden color with a small white head. Aroma light and malty. Flavor is lightly sweet and the finish it crisp and dry. Nothing bad, just not much there.

Much much better than the Negro Modelo I sampled. Clean, crisp and has a slight sweetness to it. Drinkable compared to other brews in this line.

Before starting some serious evening drinking, had to get some food in me, made a spicy mexican dish, so I figured, why not drink an cerveza. This beer has a straw hue with almost no head. The aroma hints of sour fruit and wheat. Fizzy and thin mouthfeel, not much taste, tart and crisp. Cleans the spices from the food off my palate and that's the whole reason for most Mexican beers.
