Drinkt makkelijk weg.

BB 190615. Poured a clear golden amber colour with a few white bubbles for a head that faded quickly. Laced poorly. Carbonation low and very coarse. Aroma of malt is quite pleasant but typical of a lager; no obvious hops. Taste of slight sweetness and a real hops bitterness. Light body. Typical malt lager.

Faint aroma of cereal and malt. Clear straw colour. Malty front with slight bitter finish. Light body with lively carbonation. Refreshing for a hot day.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
My new preferred Mexican pale lager! I found this mexi-macrobrew to be surprisingly enjoyable, nothing too sophisticated of course but for the style a very pleasant and refreshing beer. Having sampled this both on tap and from the bottle, Pacifico struck me as being more full-bodied than most other similar beers and had a fresh and flavorful sweet pale malty flavor. Although I'm sure there's corny adjuncts present, I didn't really notice them. Not much hoppiness, maybe a faint generic bitterness, but a refreshing simple pale malt lager. The aroma is fruity sweet grain and the appearance is clear golden and average white head. Paired great with some guacamole. Smooth and just tastes like a solid lager.
