Bottle 33cl. @ [ Chris O’s pre NYE Tasting ].
Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, paper, rice - corn, sour malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081230]

A light amber beer with no head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of black currants. The flavor is malty and the hops prickles the tongue. The palate is thin.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear yellow with a diminished white head. Dry cereal aroma. Flavour starts soft malty, medium dry. Goes into a decent bitterness - unfortunately with a slight cardboard note.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Clear pilsener golden with a white head. Aroma of brewing cereal. Very thin and watery body with notes of pilsener malt and brewing cereal. And then a - for Mexico - surprisingly hoppy finish. The quintessence of a Pale lager. 070706

Bottled. Deep golden colour, not much head. Aroma is malts and some maize. Slight bittery notes also. Flavour is quite watery with some soapy, malty and some maizeish notes.

Bottled. Pale yellow with little head. Glue aroma. Obvious corn flavour, and absolutely nothing else. Plain awful!

Bottle. Clear yellow coloured with a white head. Aroma of malts, corn and fruits. Flavour of malts and corn with notes of fruits.

Bottle. Pours a yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity weak grainy aroma. Fruity malty grainy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy corn finish.

Bottle @ Eventyrhaven, Odense. Pours clear clear yellow with a white head. Straw, corn and a peppery note. Thin palate. Bland and anonymous.

Bottle. Virtually no head. Color is pale yellow. Aroma and taste are sweet malt and corn. Quite watery.
