Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, straw, adn caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits, dusty hops, malt, and caramel, leading to a dry, dusty, and bitter finish.

UPDATED: JAN 26, 2012 Bottle from Kick Off. Slightly hazy yellow. Grassy hops in the aroma, with a decent grassy/herbal/citrus hoppy taste, and a nice moderate level of bitterness. A decent IPA.

Bottle - 341ml. Hazy amber body with a fair white foamy head. Aroma is slightly dominated by malt. It carries hoppy and grainy hints. Taste is well balanced and carries grapefruit notes. Ends with a good bitter/herbal finish.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A hazed amber IPA with a thick frothy light mocha head, overflowing. In aroma, biscuit malt over grassy pungent hops, floral and pleasant. In mouth, a good intense citrusy hops, floral and resinous, with light biscuit malt, a bit over the top but decent.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
341ml bottle pours a pale amber color with about 2 fingers of white head settling down to some really nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is light caramel malts and pleasing floral and citrus hops. Taste is caramel malty sweetness followed up with some pleasing citrusy hop bitterness. Light to medium body and nice carbonation leave a nice feeling on the tongue. This is a pleasing IPA with a more subdued bitterness than some of the hop bombs out there.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
This is surely more of an English style IPA than America, and for that style itís quite good. Ultimately, thatís just not what I enjoy, but itís a good beer! Pours really dark amber. A bit of citrus on the aroma but not too much. Nice bitter finish. Lots of malt. Solid beer.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
606 pours out a bright, clear amber with a thick, soapy, off white head. The head leaves some thick, sticky lacing rings. On the nose, a light fruity hop and a sweet caramel malt. Honestly, the nose is mostly subtle and bland. A sweet caramel and bready malt in the middle with a light fruity taste. Incroachin ghoppiness with a somewhat prolonged bitterness and sticky mouthfeel. Overall, 606 isnít the best IPA Iíve ever had, but it sure is a delicious local IPA.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Copper pour, thin off white head. Little bit of a yeasty, bitter orange smell, almost methane (yeah, I mean like a fart). Light body, moderate hoppyness but not as much as advertised. Itís got a little bit of that caramel and pine blend that I love in a good IPA, but not enough. Dry finish. Drinkable, but not sure what this stuff is.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
I like this stuff, gone through a few sixers of it and still grab it from time to time. Pours a clear orange with a white head. The aroma is biscuity, malty, with almost an after thought of hops and candied orange. The flavour starts out with a touch of grapefruit, but then goes into a heavy biscuit malt phase, then back to the hops in the finish. A little malty for a IPA, and a touch rough around the edges, but over all I really like this brew.
