COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A prototype IPA which features a huge malt profile from Maris Otter malt as a backbone, and massive amounts of Cascade & Amarillo hops. The hop flavour and aroma are huge as well as the hop bite. This is not a beer for those afraid of character.

Bottle via trade with Andrew - thanks! Kind of a murky dirty orange pour with a small clingy head. Aroma isn’t all that pleasant - a bit of wet fall leaves and a little cardboard. Tastes a little better than it smells, with mild bitterness. Just okay, but I appreciate the tick, Andrew!

Bottle, 5.4%. Clear golden amber pour with a weak, white head that bubbles away to a ring. Aroma is strong with hoppy overtones, Cascade grapefruit, citrusy, toasted malt. Taste is more of the same, dry hops and roast malts dominating the flavour, with a hint of sweetness. Finish is dry, but balanced and satisfying. Delicious.

Not much on the aroma. Really very little going on to talk about. Just a bit of grapefruit in it. Not much in the taste either. Palate is fine but a boring beer. Having on tap. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Ok. Pours cloudy orange with some head and lacing. Some aroma of hops but heavier on the malt side. Slick consistency. Taste is medium bitter with some booze. Leaves a bit dry and tangy as well. Bottle at Saving Gigi.

pours a clear amber with a big quickly disappearing head but leaves nice lacing. Nose is mostly grapefruit with some maple and toffee. A little hoppy on the finish but mostly malty. nothing strong. Not a bad beer

First thoughts...nice beer. Faint citrus coming from the creamy 1/2 inch head. Maybe a bit earthy if that makes any sense. Pours a hazy orange/brown amalgamation.More of an English style IPA as opposed to American as their is a strong malt presence too. Definitely worth trying.

Pours a clear amber with a big off white head that dissipates quickly but leaves lots of nice sticky lace. Aroma is rather weak for an ipa, smells of tangerine and malts. Taste is malts with a light bitterness up front and finishes with a light tangerine taste. Overall it’s too thin.

Bottle shared by GT2. Medium hazy orange amber with a small sudsy off white head. Smells a thousand years old. Carboard, paper, dusty yeast. Welcome to my sink. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear dark copper colour with small white head and big lasting lace. Smell is minimal im getting a light tangerine smell possibly something else but I can’t quite separate it. Taste is mostly bitterness from hops without much flavoring hops and light malt finish. Nice clean easy drinking ipa, definitely more of an English ipa. Good beer but nothing makes it stand out.

Bottle courtesy of GT2, thanks! Nice deep clear amber color, thick cream colored headwith good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of leaves, subtle pine, caramel. Taste is bitter grass and black pepper.
