Palate: Thin watery body. crisp bitterness on the finish.
I haven’t bought this for a while, used to be much better i remember even a few months ago. Disappointment.

Pours an amber gold with an average sized white head that dies down to a bit of a ring. Aroma is sweet with a good Saaz presence. Sweet similar flavour with a mild bitterness in the finish. Smooth round palate. Not too bad. Oakes (6979), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Jan 18, 2008 Deep gold colour. Not much head but a nice sparkle. Heavy diacetyl on the nose - I know it’s part of the style but there are limits. Medium saaz and light bread. Again on the palate...just because you’re allowed diacetyl on the palate does not excuse a butterbomb! Bleh. And there’s a good beer under all this, too, which makes it all the more a shame. matt7215 (578), Cambridge, Ontario, Canada Dec 24, 2007 355 ml bottle from a trade with paco. pours hazy yellowish green with a big white head that stays and rebuilds after every sip. some hoppyness to the aromas along with some adjuct plastic waffs. flavours are pretty good for a pils but this one has a weird plastic finish. ok but not something id trade for again. Ughsmash (3082), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA Oct 30, 2007 Bottle, many thanks to CapFlu for getting this to me! Poured a paler shade of gold, yet still bright with a short fluffy cap of white head and some sticky lacing. The aroma picked up soft bready notes, lemon zest, and greener hops.. simple and enjoyable. The flavor was centered around bread and lemon zest, with some peppery spicage that carried through the finish.. tasty! Lighter-bodied and zesty on the palate with decent balance. Solid brew.
