Poured from a 355 ml bottle. Pours a hazy amber color with a good amount of white head. Aromas of caramel and pine. Good bite on the first sip followed by the caramel. Has a good balance of bitterness but doesn’t leave a bad taste behind.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap. Second IPA of the night and still shocked that it closely resembles the style. Piney with a little alcohol burn. Not expertly crafted but drinkable and pretty enjoyable.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Not much happening here. Pours dark gold almost amber with an initial foamy head and minimal lacing. Nose is quiet, maybe some fruit. Very sweet aromas dominate, toffee, Cheerios, fruit, very light bitterness. Full ish body sticky finish with lively carbonation. Meh.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sample at Picaroon's Brewers Bash. Light body for a DIPA. The right flavours were there, they just lacked intensity. Overall, not very interesting.

Poured from the tap at The Woods Alehouse into a tasting glass. Generous off-white head; good lacing. Pours clear copper. Aroma is abundant hops with notes of malt and barley. Flavour is crisp hops, grapefruit, and pine resin that is reminiscent of a classic California IPA. Great for a summer patio.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
341mL Bottle 8.2%, from the Paddock Wood Big Box. Pours a darker amber, with a bubbly tan head. Aroma is citrusy, grapefruit hops predominant. Taste is extremely hoppy, tempered with a pleasant citrusy sweetness that disguises the higher abv quite well. Very nice.
