Made with backyard-grown hops. Vibrant copper-amber colour. Thin head. Has a strong blueberry aroma. Soft, somewhat watery body. Actually has a low bitterness. Very fresh red currant and salmonberry and blueberry hop taste, balanced by a mild hop signature. Despite expectations of a hop bomb, this one’s charmed me.

Beershine (5173) - The Sunshine State, Florida, USA - SEP 29, 2008

Charming because made with the brewer’s own home-grown hops! Clear coppery gold with 1/2 inch off-white head. Citrusy, like small mystery fruits. Soft carbonation. Grapes, white plums, very unique fruit juiciness but not a very hoppy beer. Fruity with lots of orchard flavors.
