Aroma is between a wit and a weizen, some citrus a a faint banana odor. Taste like a weizen, fruity, medium to full bodied, fresh. At the end a more dull beer, a citrus taste dominatas like a sisi.

(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a big foamy white head. Yeasty, wheaty and mildly grainy aroma with a slightly sour citrus-fruity touch and notes of cloves. Slightly sweet and delicately bitter-tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Slick wheaty taste with a moderately fruity touch of citrus and spicy notes of cloves, which are getting stronger towards the slightly tart finish. Profane but digestible Weizen. 11.IV.13

500 ml bottle. "Best before 11/2012." It’s the 27th of November. Pours cloudy light yellow with high white head. Good wheat aroma with banana notes. The taste is a bit disappointing. Watery and slightly sour-bitter. The palate is better: Wheaty with developing mild bitterness.
