Our new beer is BIG... And, yes, itís bigger than our Powder Day IPAô. Think of it like this... More than just a powder day in the mountains, itís like one of those BIG, legendary snow dumps at the ski area. But, in this case, itís all about BIG hops... Nearly 90 IBUís! That means tons of hops for bitterness, gobs of hops for flavor, and pounds of hops for aroma. Itís also got a wonderfully BIG long-lasting, lingering hop bitterness in the taste. And yet, itís surprisingly smooth. In fact, it may be a bit too smooth for safety with its huge 9.25% alcohol by volume. As such, it only available in draws. But, donít worry. It should guarantee you a very Hoppy Day!

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught. Pours clear tawny with an average, creamy, off-white head, lasting with excellent lacing. Aroma is average malt (caramel, nutty), heavy hops (perfume, pine, spruce), average yeast (dough) with notes of alcohol and coriander. Medium bodied, creamy texture, soft carbonation, and a bitter finish. Long duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
draft at trinity in colorado springs. pale gold, light haze. nose is heavy artificial banana candy flavoring (jolly rancher) and dishsoap. medium bitterness, little to no alcohol present, very pale malt drowned by the banana, butter and cream notes, which seem to be a result of bad yeast/poor fermentation control and lousy choice of aromatic and flavoring hops. terrible.
