Draught at brewery. Pours clear yellow with a small, fizzy, white head, lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (grain, cereal, meal), heavy hops (flowers, citrus, grapefruit), average yeast (dough) with notes of apple and pear. Medium bodied, slick texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness and acidity, moderate bitterness.
